Recruitment models

Flexible Solutions

Depending on the recruitment model you choose, you pay a success fee, a retained fee, or a combination of both. The success fee is a percentage of the candidate’s annual gross salary, excluding bonuses. The retained fee is a fixed amount paid monthly for the duration of the recruitment process.

Guarantee

If it is determined within 3 months that the employee is not the right fit, the agreement with the candidate can be terminated by you. IT People will then recruit a new candidate at no additional cost, or you can opt to receive a 50% refund of the fee.
